Zainab Bah

I am a Traditional Chinese Medicine Student Practitioner, an Acupuncturist, a Yoni Practitioner, and a Body Work Practitioner. My interest in holistic medicine came to me naturally as I grew up in West Africa where we practice traditional medicine; herbs for healing malaria, injuries, and everything you can think of! With this environment, I came to appreciate the power of plants.

I completed two years of nursing assistant training in Sierra Leone but because of the war everything was shut down. I came to Canada as a refugee in 1998 and from that time, I have worked a variety of jobs, from a medical lab technician to a job at MDS Pharma Services.

After my daughter was born, I trained as an acupuncturist and completed the Traditional Chinese Medicine Practitioner. The curiosity and love for this practice made me want to continue my studies with the advanced program.

I love to help. I love people, and I like to see people happy and to feel their best.

Triptta Neb

Transitioning from a successful 24-year corporate career, focussed on human development and leadership, I’ve evolved into an energy worker. My journey from a knowledge worker to someone pursuing fulfillment, began in 2008. While navigating the corporate world, I facilitated strategies for multinationals, coached CEOs and implemented talent management systems, ran many leadership development sessions, and travelled the world doing so. However, as I ascended in my career, I felt increasingly disconnected from myself. In my pursuit of sustained transformation, I explored various certified modalities. It was the discovery of energetics shifts that brought about lasting change. These shifts allowed me to embrace vulnerability, reduce cognitive dissonance, overcome impostor syndrome, and reconnect with my authentic self. Today I specialize in working with high performers and doers, helping them find connectedness, overcome imposter syndrome, and live their true purpose with balance and fulfillment. My focus is on guiding individuals to harness their energy for personal and professional growth, fostering a journey towards authentic living.

My education and certifications include a Masters in Organizational Development and Change, Certified Master Facilitator of Leadership Models, like situational leadership, Certified Yoga Practitioner, Certified Breathwork Practitioner, Certified Reiki Practitioner, Certified in Quantum Healing, and currently finishing my certification in Clinical Tapping (EFT).

Joanna Gorres

I’m Joanna, registered psychotherapist (qualifying) and certified life coach. I value authenticity, mutual respect, and self-agency, which guides my collaborative work with my clients. I draw from my lived experiences as someone who is a co-parent, Filipino immigrant to Canada, queer, neurodivergent, and in trauma recovery. I believe that spirituality is completely personal, and I am deeply spiritual with a background in Christian Theology and leanings towards Buddhist Philosophy.
