Colon Hydrotherapy - Sarah Vaughan

Colon Hydrotherapy

Colonic hydrotherapy is a professional therapeutic procedure with origins dating back over 5,000 years to ancient Egypt. Performed by a certified practitioner, it employs The Wood’s Method—a gentle, gravity-fed technique—to introduce controlled, filtered water into the large intestine. This gentle process aids in the removal of accumulated waste, supporting the body’s natural detoxification, improving digestive function, and encouraging a balanced gut microbiome.

The primary goals are to reduce physiological stress, stimulate the body’s inherent healing response, and promote a return to systemic balance, or homeostasis. As a foundational component of holistic wellness, this therapy is often complemented by personalized guidance on nutrition and lifestyle for comprehensive and lasting results.

Sound Healing - Sara Martin

Sound Healing

Sound healing is an ancient wellness practice used for relaxation, healing, and self-care. During a sound healing session, participants lie down in a comfortable setting, close their eyes, and immerse themselves in the soothing sounds of instruments such as chimes, gongs, and singing bowls. The vibrations produced by these sounds have a profound impact on both the mind and body. Research suggests that sound healing can slow brain wave activity, inducing a deeply relaxed, meditative state. Additionally, it may offer therapeutic benefits for various physical and mental health conditions.

Psychotherapy - Brittany Loignon

Psychotherapy

Brittany provides psychotherapy for adults through individual and relationship-based sessions. Her work offers a supportive, non-judgmental space for clients navigating identity transitions, relational challenges, and emotionally complex life experiences.

Her therapeutic approach is integrative and grounded primarily in Person-Centred Therapy, emphasizing safety, attunement, and client-led exploration. Depending on client needs and goals, she also draws from Jungian, existential, and sociological perspectives, alongside structured, evidence-based tools from Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT). This allows for both depth-oriented exploration and practical, real-world change.

Areas of Focus:

  • Identity transitions and life-stage changes.
  • Relationship dynamics, including monogamous and ethically non-monogamous structures.
  • Intimacy, desire, and attachment.
  • Anxiety, low mood, and emotional overwhelm.
  • Infidelity, relational rupture, and repair.
  • Sexual shame and the psychological impact of sexual trauma.
  • Shadow work, stigma, and cultural or subcultural identity.

Brittany’s psychotherapy practice is especially attuned to individuals and relationships navigating non-traditional identities, relational structures, and communities, including those whose lives exist outside dominant social norms.

Speaking & Education (Psychotherapy-Informed):

In addition to clinical work, Brittany offers psychotherapy-informed speaking and educational presentations. These engagements draw on her clinical training and research-informed perspectives and are designed for professional, community, and educational audiences.

Topics may include identity transitions, shadow work, relational dynamics, ethical love, and navigating intimacy within diverse relationship structures. Speaking and educational offerings are informational in nature and are not psychotherapy.

Tantra Reiki – Brittany Loignon

Tantra Reiki

Brittany offers Tantra Reiki as both a stand-alone wellness service and, when clinically appropriate, as an ancillary activity within psychotherapy sessions.

Tantra Reiki is a non-clinical, energy-based wellness practice rooted in traditional Reiki principles and informed by tantric philosophy. It emphasizes presence, intention, and energetic balance, supporting relaxation and self-connection through experiential, body-based awareness rather than psychological analysis or intervention.

Reiki as an Ancillary Activity in Psychotherapy:

In some psychotherapy sessions, brief Reiki practices (generally up to 10 minutes) may be offered as an ancillary activity to support grounding, nervous system settling, or transition into or out of verbal therapeutic work. When used in this way, Reiki remains clearly secondary to psychotherapy and does not replace psychotherapeutic assessment, intervention, or clinical goals.

Ancillary Reiki use is always:

  • Optional and consent-based.
  • Clearly identified as supportive rather than therapeutic.
  • Integrated only when appropriate to the client’s needs and treatment plan.
Reiki as a Separate Wellness Service

For clients seeking longer or more immersive Reiki experiences, Tantra Reiki is offered as a separate, complementary wellness service outside of psychotherapy. Stand-alone Reiki sessions focus entirely on energetic awareness, relaxation, and embodied self-connection and are not psychotherapy or mental health treatment.

These sessions may be meaningful for individuals seeking:

  • Deep relaxation or stress relief
  • Energetic or spiritual exploration
  • Support during periods of personal transition
  • Complementary wellness alongside other self-care practices

Tantra Reiki is not psychotherapy and is not used to diagnose or treat mental health conditions. When provided as a stand-alone service, it is offered separately from psychotherapy, with distinct intentions, informed consent, and clear boundaries.

Clients may engage in both psychotherapy and Reiki, but the services are clearly delineated, and prolonged Reiki work is recommended to occur outside of psychotherapy sessions.
